Sandy Clark is Managing Director of GVT, its parent company and its
associates. A Chartered Accountant with many years
experience of IT, training and consultancy, Sandy joined the
group when he led a management buy-in in October 2004.
His experience includes a wide variety of roles in the
accountancy profession and industry, gaining knowledge of
many sectors. Sandy also has an MBA. email:

Alison Train Clark
is a Director and Company Secretary of GVT, its parent
company and its associates. Alison has a wealth of
experience of company finance and administration, gained in
the accountancy profession, where she has spent many years
working with small and medium-sized businesses in a wide

Javed Ghani is the
Chief Technology Officer of GVT. He has over 15
years of experience in the areas of networking, web-based
applications, systems designing & analysis, information
services planning, development and management. Javed is
entrusted with the responsibility for technical aspects
relating to the areas of Business Development, Customer
Service, Networking Solutions, Software Development, Quality
Assurance, Systems Administration, Training/development and

Mike Elliott
is GVT’s General Manager and has worked within the Health
and Education sectors for many years. His main
responsibilities are Business Development and Customer
Care. Regional Customer Service Managers report to Mike.
He is directly responsible for ensuring that service
standards are maintained and delivered on a day-to-day
basis. He is also directly responsible for
Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and managing the growth in

Karen Marsh is GVT’s Regional Customer Service Manager
for the South West Region. She is based in Salisbury
and is responsible for all GVT staff in the region, as well
as market development and customer care in the region.
Karen joined GVT in 2003 having spent several years as a
school’s ICT Technician. She therefore brings
considerable experience of ICT in an educational
environment, including all aspects of ICT support and
training, as well as planning and overseeing ICT-related

Anna Rosenberg is GVT’s Regional Customer Service Manager for Luton,
Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and North London. She is based
in Luton and is responsible for all GVT staff in the region, as well as
market development and customer care in the region. Anna
joined GVT in 2005 having spent several years as a school’s
ICT Support Co-ordinator. She therefore brings considerable
experience of ICT in an educational environment, including
all aspects of ICT support and training, as well as planning
and overseeing ICT-related projects.

Jon Harvey
is GVT’s Regional Customer Service Manager for the West
Midlands and Yorkshire. He is based
in Staffordshire and is responsible for all GVT staff
in his regions, as well as market development and customer
care in the regions. Jon joined GVT in 2005 having spent
several years in a similar role in a similar organisation in
the South West of England. He therefore brings considerable
experience of ICT in an educational environment, including
all aspects of ICT support and ICT-related projects.

Kim McCardie
is the Office Manager and Book-keeper for GVT and its
associates. She is responsible for the day-to-day financial
and administrative operations of the companies. As well as
being responsible for invoicing, debt collection, supplier
payments, banking, personnel and payroll, she also oversees
sales administration, resource scheduling and purchasing.
Kim joined the group in 2005, having previously worked in
the accountancy profession and industry in a variety of
roles, gaining considerable experience of the finances and
administration of small and medium-sized companies.

Tiffany Beales
is GVT’s office administrator. She is responsible for sales
administration, resource scheduling and purchasing,
providing support to the customer service, Engineering and
management teams. Tiff joined GVT in 2005 bringing a wide
and varied experience in many industries.
