ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIANS AND ENGINEERS

We are looking for suitably experienced and qualified technical staff to join us as ICT Support Technicians and ICT Support Engineers in our regional teams.

We are looking to recruit an ICT Support Technician to provide first line technical support. This position will include pro-active hardware health checks, installation of software and updating as required and basic user training.

The successful candidates will have experience of providing ICT support and working with:

• Windows XP
• Windows Server 2000 and/or 2003
• MS Office

For the Support Technician roles, candidates must show at least one year's practical experience and knowledge of managing and maintaining PC networks.  For the Support Engineer roles, candidates must demonstrate at least two year's practical experience, a broad knowledge of maintaining PC networks and have relevant IT qualifications, typically either at least two MCPs and/or A+/N+.  Support Technicians will be encouraged and assisted to study and develop into the Support Engineer roles.  Opportunities exist for continued personal and professional development from the Support Engineer roles into a range of roles within the company.

These roles require excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to meeting customer requirements.  Candidates need to be committed to high standards, approachable, confident and self-motivating, as the roles have a high degree of autonomy.

Salary packages reflect market conditions and the candidates' experience and qualifications.  Car owner essential.
